I-75 Take Exit 141 follow Hwy.63 West towards Oneida/Huntsville for approximately 20 miles. Bear right onto US 27 North
for approximately 13 miles. The Festival location is on the left traveling North next door to First National Bank.
Winfield City Hall is loacated approximately 2 miles South of the Kentucky state line on US Highway 27.
